Having held positions as a data scientist and AI engineer in many startups and enterprises, he is an expert when it comes to developing new groundbreaking AI systems and algorithms. He holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the prestigious Trinity College Dublin and has a proven track record in diverse AI fields, including human genome analysis, semantic analysis and behavioral modelling. Having written many academic papers and created patents, he has also received multiple awards including for the best scientific paper. With a strong passion for behavioral intelligence, his ambition is to re-invent the way hiring works and to make applicant assessments objective and science-backed.

Software engineer by trade, he has been a catalyst for transformation in banking and financial services. Additionally, he led many businesses and even his own startups into growth. Being confronted with the problems and challenges associated with recruitment he now has the goal to accelerate AI adoption in the recruitment industry because of its fundamentally huge potential. He holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering and has been building products and businesses for the last two decades.
